My package says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it...?

If you've only received your confirmation email for your order, it's not time to start looking out the window or missing work to receive your package just yet, but here are some more details once your order has shipped -

 

Our fulfillment timeframe can be found in your order confirmation email! Normally it is 3-5 business days but may change depending on events such as Black Friday, SETUPNOID Birthday Sale, etc!

Once our fulfillment team packs your order it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number! As excited as we are for you to receive your new products there may be delays during transit and delivery processes that are beyond our control at this time.

What if my package is being returned to SETUPNOID?

There's nothing sadder than seeing that your package has made a giant U-Turn, but don't worry we can help!

 

Returned packages may happen for many reasons (incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid duties/fees, etc), the good news is once we receive it we can correct anything that went wrong the first time and try again!

 

Our support team will email you once your package is delivered back to our Distribution Center to verify all details of your address and have your package re-shipped to you as quickly as possible! We can also refund the package once it is returned to us if you'd prefer (please note that if issuing a refund for returned packages the original shipping costs will not be refunded).

Will I have to pay customs/duties on my order?

Customers ordering from setupnoid.com and reside outside of the United States or Europe may be have to pay customs fees. In the European Union, with the new EU Law from 1st of July, we are taking care of all the customs fees & VAT charges while we pay directly our taxes to OSS ( One-Stop-Shop ) so our customers will just pay their order's price at the checkout. NO EXTRA CHARGES

 

If you have questions on why you are billed certain import fees/taxes or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country we recommend contacting your local customs office or courier that directly billed you for the fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love the setup equipment you've received, just as much as we've loved creating and seeing them come to life. If for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned we have a 30-day return window - no questions asked... well, maybe just some feedback so we can learn more!

Our 30-Day Return Policy

    • We have a 30-day return window for all items that are not discounted 20% or more on our site. The return window begins once your package has been delivered to you.
    • In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please submit a ticket to our Support Team; support@setupnoid.com

    Return Standards & Conditions

    • We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
      • If your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a refund will be issued.

    • For Domestic US shopping customers, we do have the option of deducting the label cost from the product cost of the items being returned or self-shipping through the courier of your choice.
    • For our International US shopping customers, we have instructions for our self-shipping option using the courier of your choice.
    • If you are returning your entire order please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
    • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.

      What if I haven't received my confirmation email?

      Please check your spam/trash folders - sometimes our emails can go into these folders if we are not a contact.

      What if I am missing an item from my order?

      Human error is sometimes inevitable - but rest assured our Support Team is ready to make it right! Please send us an email at support@setupnoid.com with all the details (order number, item, etc) so we can assist you.

      Am I able to change something in my order?

      We understand that sometimes mistakes happen in the excitement of ordering!

      We are able to make the following changes to your order if it has not yet been fulfilled for shipment:

      • change the color or size of an item/items
      • change your address
      • change your email address
      • cancel an item
      • cancel the order
      • add an item

      Payments, Gift Cards, & Discounts

      What are your payment options?

      Credit/Debit Cards

      We accept all of the following cards at the moment - Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Apple Pay

      We accept "Pay over time" with SplitIt. Choose SplitIt at checkout and use your favorite credit card ti socket your payment into smaller, bite-sized pieces to pay over time. 

      Always 0% interest. Never any late fees  - Those pieces are kept small because with SplitIt there are not interest charges or fees - so more of your money stays your money to spend on the things you need.

      No application or credit checks - Since it's your credit, the are no applications or credit checks make things complicated. And you continue to earn your points and rewards

      My discount code isn't working, what can I do?

      Make sure you are entering the code exactly how it is shown - no extra spaces or characters!

      You may also want to double-check that you are shopping on the right store that the code was issued from. For example, if this code was issued to you from our UK store it can only be used on that store and vise versa.

       

      If it still isn't working, no worries, contact our Support Team support@setupnoid.com and they will sort this out for you as quickly as possible so you can use your discount!

      Can I use more than 1 discount on an order?

      At this time, only 1 discount can be used per order.

      For example, if you have a free shipping discount and a 10% discount you will have to pick your favorite and save the other for next time!


      What if I want to return an item from my order, but I paid with a gift card?

      I paid fully with a gift card -

      Once we refund you for the returned item(s) that amount will go back to that same gift card you originally used.

       

      I paid partially with a gift card -

      The refund amount of the item(s) returned will be issued to the gift card used on the order, first. Any remaining amount will then be issued to the other form of payment used on the order.

       

      If you no longer have that gift card code, contact our Support Team at support@setupnoid.com - we can resend it to you no problem!

      Is SETUPNOID experiencing any shipping delays?

      Updates from our US Courier Services:

      We are in constant contact with our courier services to provide safe, speedy, and accurate delivery of your orders. Any new updates that we receive will be listed below as we receive them, so you know what we know!

      US Domestic Customers -

      UPS and USPS have kept us up-to-date on any major delays that may occur - right now it is safe to say there are no major delays. Please keep in mind the busy time of year and adjustments to global circumstances that can affect packages by a few days. UPS and USPS have let us know that all delays will be posted on their website and your tracking page in the unlikely event they should occur.

       

      International Customers -

      Adjustments to global circumstances and safety protocols that couriers are experiencing, such as border closures and airline cancellations, may cause a longer delivery time frame for International Orders. Please also keep in mind the regular routine of going through customers and border checkpoints on top of these new and changing adjustments may also cause delays. Rest assured, even if your tracking doesn't update for a few days don't be alarmed, your package is still on it's way to you - We appreciate your patience and support from the start!

      Our Support Team is here for you! Please submit an email at support@setupnoid.com with everything you want us to know - we got you! Normally, we respond within an hour or less - if there are any delays in our timeframe for unexpected reasons you will receive an update via email after you send your email!

      Ah, this is frustrating and we know you wouldn't be contacting us unless you needed help! Here are a few steps to take if you haven't received a reply from our Support Team yet -


      • We typically respond within an hour or less (with the exception of emails sent in after business hours or on the weekends). If it has been 1 business day since you sent in your request, please check your spam/trash folders - sometimes we end up there!
      • If you sent in a request on Friday after hours of operation or over the weekend during high volume times (during or immediately after a launch event), please allow an additional hour for our team to respond.

      If you still can't find a response from us and there are no delays, something weird may have happened and we ask that you send us email us directly at support@setupnoid.com
